The Villa is available for rent on a per day/week basis.

2024 Summer Rental Rates are as follows:

Our normal summer rental weeks run Friday to Friday with a Check-in time of 4:00 pm and Check-out time of 10:00 am. These rates are for 6 people or less. Maximum capacity for summer rentals is 8 people ( Children age 2 and under not included). There are additional charges for each person over the 6 person base rate.  For more than 6 people there is an additional charge of $200 per person for the week or $30 per person per night. There is no additional charges for children age 2 and younger. For daytime visitors the rate is $20 per person per day. State sales Tax is NOT included in our pricing and is currently 6.875%.
